Terms for entering AXIS-SG.
These terms explain entry fees, rights in submitted work, and how AXIS-SG uses personal data. Effective 8 September 2026.
01 / Entry terms
Submitting an entry.
Authority to enter
By submitting, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you own the submitted material or have all permissions needed to enter the project and allow the uses described below. Your submission must not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
Entry fee and refunds
The 2026 entry fee is SGD 375 per entry. An entry is complete when the required payment has been received. Entry fees are non-refundable after payment, except if AXIS-SG cancels the relevant awards programme or where a refund is required by law.
Judging and results
Entries are assessed under the published categories, award levels and judging criteria. Submitting an entry does not guarantee an award.
Copyright and publication permission
You retain copyright in your submitted work. You grant AXIS-SG a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to reproduce, display and publish the submitted project information and images for entry administration, judging, winner announcements, the winners archive and promotion of the AXIS-SG awards. AXIS-SG may resize or crop images for publication and will credit the entrant or studio where practicable.

How entry data is used.
Data collected
AXIS-SG collects the information supplied through the entry form, including names, email addresses, project and studio details, website details, category selections, project descriptions and uploaded files.
Purposes
This data is used to receive and administer entries, communicate with entrants, arrange payment, support judging, announce and display winners, maintain the awards archive, protect the entry process and promote the AXIS-SG awards.
Disclosure and service providers
Relevant entry information may be shared with jurors and service providers that support website hosting, forms, email, file storage and payment. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. AXIS-SG limits these uses and disclosures to purposes connected with the awards.
Retention and transfers
Personal data is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the awards, legal or business purposes. Winning project information and images may remain in the public archive. Where data is processed outside Singapore, AXIS-SG will use measures intended to provide protection comparable to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent with reasonable notice. Withdrawal may prevent AXIS-SG from administering or judging an entry. Privacy and entry enquiries may be made by replying to an official AXIS-SG submission or payment email.
